About us and why we are here

There are so many websites to help you find places to eat and submit reviews on the web, so where do you go?

We wanted to go to a site where we could tell our friends about the great food we were enjoying, as we were having it. We wanted a simple way to tell them; adding photos and videos.

We wanted to see who everyone else thought was best in the area, and we wanted it to be what they thought now, not last year.

We looked hard and we looked closely.

We could see how businesses were getting a raw deal from existing review sites. Negative reviews from 5 years ago were still affecting them today and smaller businesses were at the mercy of negative comments. We were shocked to see that some sites are charging both the business and the customer.

We could see negative reviews being posted, but businesses were unable to reach out to the customer. There was no opportunity for resolution.

We wanted it to be fair!

We couldn't find it online ... so we built it.
